Stuffed Cabbage Paratha


Prep Time: 20 min
Cook Time: 30 min
Serves for: 4 persons

Ingredients:
For Dough:
Wheat floor - 2cups
Oil - 1tsp
Salt to taste


For Stuffing:
Grated Cabbage - 2 cups
Onion - 1
Green Chilly - 2-3 according to taste
Ginger Garlic paste- 1/2tsp
Oil   - 3-5 tsp
Garam masala - 1tsp
Coriander powder - 1/2tsp
Turmeric powder - 1/2tsp
Mustard seeds - 1/2 tsp
Cumin seeds- 1/2 tsp
Coriander
salt to taste


Direction For dough Preparation:
1. In bowl add wheat floor and salt mix them well.
2. Add oil and use water to prepare dough (consistency should be like Chapatti dough).
3. Apply some oil to your palm and knead dough for 2-3 min.
4. Keep the kneaded dough in closed container for about 1 hour.


Direction For stuff Preparation:
1. Finely chop onion, green chilly and coriander.
2. In pan heat oil, add mustard seeds and Cumin seeds for seasoning.
3. Add chopped green Chilly, onion and grated cabbage.
3. Saute the above mixture for about 3-4 min in medium heat, until raw smell of cabbage goes off.
4. Add spices (Garam masala, Coriander powder, and Turmeric powder), Ginger Garlic paste and salt to taste.
5. Add chopped coriander and saute the mixture for 1 min.
6. Remove above prepared stuffing, and let it cool.


Direction for Preparation:
1. Take dough and make small thick chapatti with help of rolling pin (Apply wheat dust to roll chapatti)
2. Use 2tsp of cabbage stuffing and complete the filling in the above chapatti.
3. Roll the Paratha using wheat dust and apply some oil.
4. And Fry the paratha on pan.
5. Serve hot with curd and pickle.

Spicy-Tasty-Noodles


My husband and father-in-Law likes all the variety food, so I always love to try something new I don't like to have food outside.This recipe is simple and easy to prepare.

Prep Time: 15 min
Cook Time: 30 min
Serves for: 2 persons


Ingredients:

Tomato - 2 large
Onion -   2
Capsicum - 1
Garlic -    5-6 cloves
Spinach - 1bunch
Chilli - 2-3 (or u can use chilli sauce)
Tomato sauce - 1tsp
Oil   - 3-5 tsp
Noodles - 300 g 

Direction For Noodles Preparation:

1.Bring water to boil than add noodles, boil noodles 10-12 min (when you buy noodles the packet contains    the direction to boil follow them, as each noodles take different time to boil)
2. Drain water from noodles and immediately run cold tap water on noodles (this is to avoid the noodles sticking each other).

Direction For Preparation:

1. Boil whole tomato for about 2 min.
2. In another pan add oil, let it heat for while.
3.Add chopped garlic,onion,capsicum and chilli saute for 3 min (always add garlic first then onion saute until the onion turns into transparent now at last add capsicum as it takes less time to cook).
4. Grind boiled tomato and 1/4th sauted vegetables, don't make fine paste(grind for 1-2 min).
5. Add noodles,chopped Spinach  and grinded paste to the pan of sauted vegetables, mix them slowly (To avoid breakdown of noodles)


Serve hot soup to make it perfect dinner.
