My husband is big fan of Lassi so wanted to try it as I am
having mangoes in my fridge thought of trying “Mango Lassi”.

Cook Time: 10 min
Serves for: 2 persons
Ingredients:
Mangoes chopped - 1 cup
Thick Curd(Yogurt) - 1/2 cup
Sugar - 1 tbsp (adjust according to
taste)
Water - 1/4 cup
Salt - Pinch
Ice cubes - 2 to 3 cubes crushed
Chopped nuts - for garnish (I used
almond and some cherries for garnish)
Direction For Preparation:
1. Mix chopped mangoes, sugar, salt and
curd in a mixer jar. Grind for a min.
2. Now add water and ice cubes if
required otherwise you can skip adding these ice cubes.
3. When curd and all other ingredients
are well blend than pour in serving glass.
4. Garnish the Mango Lassi with
chopped almond. Garnishing is left to individual imagination.
